Sesani is developing technology-based solutions to meet these challenges that radically shift service delivery in the country and preserve these increasingly valuable resources.
Development is an integral part of Sesani’s business. As a development business, our skills range from deal origination, conducting Feasibility Studies, securing Government licencing and permitting, raising project finance, preparing projects to financial close and procuring teams whose combined experience helps deliver financially sound schemes that ensure consistent double digit investor performance.
We have built a bespoke network of strategic partnerships with local and international consultants, Institutional Investors, debt providers, Private Equity Funds and market specialists to structure bankable projects. In addition to managing our own development portfolio, we are a development manager or partner for entities in both the public and private sectors. Sesani is developing strategic PPP projects in the water, energy and transport sectors.
